These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website (www.gilatimurshop.co.uk). By placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
When making a purchase on our website you will receive a confirmation e mail giving details of items purchased, price and approximate availability. We will then contact you via telephone to confirm all details and to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date and where practicable a time. In respect to items with a lead time; an approximation will be given as due to the vagaries of shipping from overseas all manner of circumstances can affect the delivery date. We will however keep you updated as and when information is available.
For all orders over £100 delivery is FREE. We deliver Monday to Friday only and will have agreed a date and approximate time. Two people will deliver to the room of your choice and if necessary will fully assemble the furniture. It is your responsibility to check that there is adequate space and access for delivery. You will be asked to inspect each piece and to sign to say you are satisfied there are no obvious defects or flaws. Please be aware that in the case of our more rustic and ethnic furniture there may be imperfections and naturally occurring flaws, which we will endeavour to show in our promotion. We only deliver to mainland U.K. excluding; PO, TR, IM, PH, PA, KW, IV, FK, AB, HS, IV & ZE postcodes.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery please email us on gilatimur50@gmail.com within two days of purchase. We will provide full reimbursement within forty eight hours. If you require a refund on delivered items please notify the shop within fourteen days of delivery, there is a charge of £100 towards the transportation and restocking costs. In the case of goods that require assembly a fifty percent levy of the retail price of each item will be applied.
We aim to ensure all prices are correct at time of purchase, if a price anomaly is found we will request the difference or reserve the right to fully refund the purchase. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
We offer a one year guarantee on all items against manufacturing defects. Should a fault manifest itself in the first year we will endeavour to repair or replace the affected part, if this is unsuccessful we will replace the whole item at our expense.

It is important to note that imported furniture such as teak or reclaimed boat wood is susceptible to movement when placed next to a heat source such as a radiator, or in direct sunlight, or in rooms with under floor heating.
